Due to current strong growth in functions, the Fresh team in Brisbane has immediate vacancy for an experienced Function Supervisor to join their Service brigade. The Role

  • Casual position with flexible working hours between Monday - Sunday
  • Lead and manage events across multiple spaces
  • Oversee all service aspects from setup to service to pack down
  • Supervise a team of skilled waitstaff and bartenders
  • Act as the primary client liaison throughout the event
  • Collaborate closely with the culinary team to ensure seamless service
  • Maintain high standards of communication and professionalism

 What we're Looking For

  • 6–12 months previous experience as a Head Waiter or Venue Supervisor
  •  Must have previous function experience
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a can-do attitude
  • Passion for creating memorable event experiences

You’ll also bring:

  • Strong knowledge and enthusiasm for food and beverage
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Valid RSA certification
